情報セキュリティ
株式会社データデジタルデザインではセキュリティ意識の啓発と厳正な取扱いに取り組むとともにセキュリティ環境の充実に努めています。また、顧客情報を安全かつ最新の状態で管理し、適正に廃棄し、情報セキュリティを確保します。さらに情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏洩及び不正アクセス等を防ぐとともに、当社の情報システムがウイルス感染源や不正利用の温床にならないよう、情報資源を適切に管理します。
Information Security
We are working to raise security awareness and strict handling as well as to improve the security environment. In addition, customer information is managed in a safe and up-to-date state and properly disposed of to ensure information security. In addition to preventing loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, and unauthorized access of information, we will appropriately manage information resources so that our information system does not become a source of virus infection or a hotbed for unauthorized use.

株式会社データデジタルデザインでは個人情報の取り扱いにあたっては、個人情報取扱ハンドブックや取扱チェックリストを作成し、社員教育を実施するとともに、協力会社の皆様にもセキュリティレベルを維持していただくよう要請しています。
